EFL Writing Teaching / Learning Could Go Online: Instructors’ Perceptions, Students’ Perceptions, and Achievement

In light of the COVID -19 pandemic and government policies to conduct online learning, present study aimed examine how EFL faculty students perceive teaching learning writing online, whether they differ significantly in their perceptions, if scores who face are different from those studied .21 teachers 104 voluntarily participated this via Google Form. Both were asked complete a five-Likert point questionnaire about online. addition, 54 person compared with 52 regarding writing. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS for data analysis. The results showed that instructors had both positive negative perceptions toward teaching. However, outweighed ones. perceived instruction as useful tool compensate face-to-face during pandemic. Moreover, preferred ODeL courses traditional whereas did not. Furthermore, outscored person. important implications findings research on discussed.
